Tailored to age, growth stage, sport, and injury history, programs balance progressive training with safe load management to support athletic and general development. Research shows age-appropriate, supervised strength training is safe and effective, improving strength, bone density, motor skills, and overall fitness. With injury rates in youth sport persistently high, structured conditioning and guided load management are essential for long-term health, performance, and confidence.
