At True Potential, we provide safe, evidence-based exercise programs for pregnancy and postnatal recovery. Our approach supports musculoskeletal health, cardiovascular fitness, mobility, and functional strength, tailored to each stage of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Mums are always welcome to bring their baby to train with them postpartum.

We consider your health history, pregnancy stage, and recovery needs, with a focus on strength, posture, pelvic floor, core stability, and load management to improve comfort, reduce pain, support safe progress, and enhance overall wellbeing.

Regular, appropriately prescribed exercise during pregnancy is recognised as safe and beneficial for most women. Staying active can reduce the risk of complications such as gestational diabetes and hypertension, support healthy weight gain, improve mood and energy, and contribute to a smoother recovery after birth. Exercise supports physical and psychological wellbeing for you and is not associated with adverse outcomes for your baby when safely guided by a qualified professional.
