I’m passionate about helping people move better, build strength, and live pain-free lives. I’m here to guide our community with evidence-based exercise, long-term health strategies, and a welcoming, supportive environment where every client feels empowered to reach their True Potential.

Kaitlyn Cummins

Operations Manager. Senior Physiotherapist

I’m the person behind the scenes at True Potential, ensuring our clinic runs seamlessly so our team and community receive the best possible support. With a background as a senior physiotherapist, I’m dedicated to helping our clients feel cared for, confident, and supported every step of their journey.

Passion

  • I’m happiest outdoors. Training, riding, or exploring with my dog.

 

Achievements

  • 2023 Australian Trials Women’s Champion

  • Represented Australia at the Trials des Nations 4 times in 3 countries, and counting!

  • Current secretary of our local motorcycle club.

 

What I Love About Our Community

  • Everyone here values connection, lifestyle, and staying active — whether that’s surfing before work or walking the dog after school drop-off. Supporting people to keep doing what they love is incredibly rewarding.

  • Master of Physiotherapy

  • Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science

  • 7 years of experience in private practice musculoskeletal diagnostics and rehab

  • Certified Polestar Pilates Rehab Practitioner​

  • Because movement is medicine — and when people feel strong and pain-free, every part of life gets better.

 

Fun Fact

  • I’m a proud dog mum to Chase — who thinks he runs True Potential.

  • Junior & Youth Australian Trials Champion.

  • Represented Team Australia at the Trials des Nations.

  • Current president of our local motorcycle club.

 

What I Love About Our Community

  • There’s something special about the Northern Beaches. People here want to move, live well, and enjoy life for the long run. I love that our clients bring that same energy into True Potential, in a space where everyone feels confident, capable, and supported.

 

Credentials & Qualifications

  • Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology (6.2/7 GPA)

  • Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science

  • 8 years of experience working in private practice, working with a variety of musculoskeletal injuries and chronic health conditions.

 

Why I Do This

  • Because real health isn’t about quick fixes — it’s about giving people the confidence, strength, and support to live fully for years to come.

 

Fun Fact

  • Kaitlyn and I spent 6 months in 2023 living in Spain whilst competing in the World Trials Championships.
