At True Potential, we support people with spine and joint pain through structured, individualised exercise programs. Our approach combines thorough assessment, targeted strength and movement training, and progressive load management to help you improve function, build capacity, and move with confidence over the long term.

Rather than chasing short-term symptom relief, we focus on addressing the physical factors that contribute to pain. These may include strength deficits, movement patterns, tissue tolerance, and how your body responds to load, all within a safe, evidence-based exercise framework.

Common back pain presentations we treat at True Potential:

  • Non-specific low back pain

  • Disc-related back pain

  • Back pain associated with prolonged sitting or standing

  • Back pain related to lifting or occupational demands

  • Postural or movement-related back pain​
