These sessions go beyond supervised exercise. We use face-to-face coaching time to plan, review, and refine your program, set clear goals, and establish independent activities that support progress outside the clinic. This ensures your training is purposeful, adaptable, and aligned with your real-world demands.
Exercise is prescribed using evidence-based principles, with a focus on progressive strength training, movement quality, and long-term consistency. Coaching is usually structured into 6-12 week blocks of consistent face-to-face sessions, allowing for accountability, periodic reassessments, managing fatigue, and keeping you moving forward without unnecessary setbacks.
