What to expect from an initial consult
Your First Visit
Our clinic is a calm, private environment with high-quality equipment, designed to help you feel relaxed, supported, and confident from the moment you arrive.

Your first session blends conversation and movement. We’ll take time to understand your story and goals, assess your strength and flexibility, and build a clear, practical plan forward.

Session Structure (60 minutes)
A typical initial consult may include:

10–20 min — Discussion, history taking & goal setting

10–30 min — Physical assessment

10–30 min — Exercise planning and delivery​

Fees & Rebates

Exercise Physiology is often included in private health extras. Coverage varies—check with your insurer or ask us to run a HICAPS quote.

If you have a chronic or complex condition, your GP may create a Chronic Condition Management Plan, which provides Medicare rebates for up to five allied health sessions per calendar year. Your GP can confirm eligibility or remaining sessions.

We accept workers compensation and CTP referral.

DVA referrals are welcome.

NDIS: We accept self-managed and plan-managed participants. (We are unable to accept NDIA-managed at this time.)
What to Wear
​Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. If you prefer to change on arrival, we have a private treatment room available.
